I come from a coastal village called 'Gabagaba' (east of Port Moresby) in the Central Province of Papua New Guinea. My parents both serve with the then London Missionary Society (LMS) and later with the United Church of PNG. Most of my education was spent in my country. Until my resignation to take up full-time ministry, I served the PNG government through the Department of Labour and Employment as Assistant Secretary for Private Sector Training and Monitoring Division. I graduated from the then Bible College of Victoria (BCV) now renamed "Melbourne School of Theology (MST)" in 2002 in Australia. I am married to Doreen from Samoa and we have two children.
I am an MK (missionary kid). I come from Upolu Island in the Independent State of Samoa (formerly Western Samoa). I was born in Papua New Guinea where my parents served as missionaries with the then London Missionary Society (LMS) now merged into Council for World Mission (CWM). Hence, my early childhood years were spent in Papua New Guinea. I returned to my country at the age of 11 after my parents' missionary work ended. I completed the rest of my education in Samoa where my parents continued their ministry with the Congregational Christian Church of Samoa (our church denomination).
I joined Amos at the then BCV now renamed 'MST' for studies after our marriage in 2001. click to read more
I turned 5 years in February 2011. I am confronted with two worlds, my father's Motuan culture of Papua New Guinea and the Samoan culture of my mother. My early introduction to the Australian society because of my parents ministry work will definitely have an impact on my life. This means I will be more prone to the latter then the former. Yet, some of my parents cultures can be seen in my character such as being socialiable, relational and friendly.

Hello! I turned a year old on the 30th of April 2011. It is unfortunate that I have been separated from my parents and my brother because of the Australian Immigration requirements. I am now in Papua New Guinea and everyday expect my Dad and Mum to come home and get me. Please pray for me that I will be with my family where they are.
Our ministry background
Since graduating from Bible College we served for 4 years (2003 -2006) with the Vailima Fou Theological College in Samoa. Thereafter, we returned to Papua New Guinea where we served for a year (2007) with the Christian Leaders' Training College (CLTC) Port Moresby Centre. We now serve as cross-cultural workers with the Australian Indigenous Ministries (AIM) based in NSW, Australia. Our ministry began with the United Aborigines Mission(UAM) where we served with the Peoples' Church at Halls Creek in the Kimberley regionof Western Australia.
We value your prayers, encouragements and support as we serve away from our homes and loved ones.
